Corrected problems with the NanoMinigun and tweaked some values.

- NanoAura, NanoArmor and NanoHelmet are now wearable by children
-NanoAura now can be used with any other Apparel without interference
- Added NanoSword, a laser katana
- Added NanoMinigun - more pew pew with lesser damage than NanoBlaster

Added the NanoStunner, a new weapon focusing on dealing massive blunt damage without killing instantly the target like the NanoBlaster. The intention is to down enemies to capture more easily but also because I really like gatling guns shooting 20 rounds per second.
Added a simple recipe for Water Bottles for the Dubs Bad Hygiene mod
Other minor changes and fixes.
