+Fixed MvM Bots spawning as ERRORs if BLOOD_COLOR_MECH returned nil.

+Fixed Targeting failure when sight range is unspecified.

+Bots with missing IFF tables now kill themselves instead of throwing errors.

+Fixed error when the death ragdoll is removed before the bot finishes dying.

+Bots no longer target npc_enemyfinder.

+Fixed an error involving engineers not having weapons.

+Fixed a rare targeting error with the spy.

+Fixed an error involving mediguns not being able to identify their wielders.

+Fixed an Error involving looping effects not being tracked properly.

+Buffed Robo-Engies:
Now spawns with 300 metal, building AI favors creating more engineers.

+Added the Upgrade Wrench, an engineer's best friend!

+Buffed Sentry Guns:
Rocket blast damage increased.
Bullet damage increased.
Increased range. Range is now multiplied by the sentry's upgrade level.

+Now, If a bot manages to get negative health without dying, he will immediately splatter.

+Made idle giant sounds much quieter

+Fixed debugger's missing spark sounds

+Added ENT:SetCurrentWeaponProficiency() function, making the TF2 Bots compatible with most NPC spawners.
