2.0 update with a complete overhaul!

The throwing range bonus in now a researchable breakthrough tech.

Reverted the damage for regular and EMP grenades to their vanilla values. Changed EMP Grenade AoE blast range from 10m to 6m.

Added the new M68 grenades which feature the damage previously applied to vanilla grenades, along with an increased 10m AoE blast radius.

Added Improved EMP grenades which feature the upgrades previously applied to vanilla.
