I realized the traffic was too neat, so I more or less made it 50 50. Traffic going north and south bound will be bumper to bumper while east and west will be the usual messy.

Fixed all cars being junkyards

Changed most traffic jams into bumper to bumper. This may conflict with mods related to burnt vehicles, if so, mess with the load order to get your prefered outcome.

Added crashed vanilla vehicles back into the game for junkyards and traffic jams. They will not show up if you use the NoVanillaVehicles mod.

Work has been set in place to add a toggle for bumper to bumper traffic.

Changed junkyards to actual JUNKYARD vehicles and not TRAFFICJAM.

Not sure why, since there's an entire definition for junkyards that just goes unused for the most part.

409 changes + 1058 new = 1467 zones total.

Fixed 2 broken parking garage zones in LV, I had the width and height swapped.

Added more traffic to the front gate checkpoint into LV. You can still easily drive around it, it's just for the aesthetic.

Tweaked corpse spawning, increased it for ambulance "trunks".

Added the ability to disable corpses and car and fixed the sub mods again, I keep overwriting them somehow.

Remove some excess spawning from the West Point Bridge to LV, very minor change.

Rebalanced KI5 vehicles that I thought needed it.
