Added 4 cards, some QoL, and Balancing

Added Red Glow for Crest of Fire
Added more voice clips
Fixed Barry's Upgrade
Nerfed Bounce Pad
Added I Cant Use This messages for ClawsUnleashed and Checkpoint
Crest of Fire is now an interface
Added Cyan Laser
Buffed Dizzy Spin: 2 E to 1 E
Fixed HotRod's upgrade
Level Up now costs zero when upgraded. Upgrade will no longer give 3 X.
LightSpeedDash -- I really want to add how many Rings get played to the description, but it got complicated so I didn't do it
Added Nice Smile
Removed Punch Rush from the game
Sonic Boom is now available
Speed Break is now available. Will probably buff/nerf/remove this later.
Speed Up is now available
Taunt is now uncommon
Trick Finisher now gives 1 E
Whirlwind is nerfed
Wind Up Punch now does 12 damage instead of 8.
Added Nice Smile
Hoping Ring Count is fixed. Have not tested.
Added LeftMost and LeftRight keywords, but haven't used. I'm thinking about adding flippers.
Changed character animation to Sonic Battle big sprite.
