  • Added jingles to Error Room.
  • Altars now require 6 hearts in order to pay an item.
  • Altars keep the payment amount to the next sacrifice room in the same run.
  • Altars no longer ignore damage modification mechanics.
  • Reduced altar pickup drop from 50% to 33%.
  • Double Trouble rewards must be chosen, while There's Options give both items.
  • Libraries have 20% extra chance to generate in the next floor by holding one book.
  • Holding two books replace extra library generation chance with 33% instead.
  • Minor changes to Cursed Rooms, such as monster and pickup replacement.
  • Fixed sacrifice red heart mechanic and dice changes not resetting when starting a new run.
  • Fixed altar overlay sprite changing back to initial state.

Patch V1.4.7

  • Entering a Sacrifice Room without clearing the floor no longer softlock the player.
  • Sacrifice overlays and Boss Rush's pentagram now remove grid entities nearby.
  • Altars no longer require a spike in the center in order to spawn properly.
  • Pip-12 dice from Fiend's Folio no longer disappears after using it.
