2 New mods added:

- Shower Muzzle, uses more napalm (0.25) but provides a significant accuracy boost
- Napalm Canister Backpack, gives you 350 napalm ammo, but reload time is quintupled (x5) and it gives +175% slowdown


Base flamethrower changes:

- Reduced the noise from 140-so to 71.
- Increased animation speed on fire from 20 to 30 which increases shoot speed thus having a more "fire like" effect
- Reduced the weight from 20 to 15
