Bugs
- Fixed a missing DLC check causing a launch error without Biotech
- Fixed an oversight where the "silentium" would error every time a save was loaded

Rebalance
- Nova weapons have been converted into 1.6 beam weapons, including the ability to ignore shields
- Nova weapons have had their stats nerfed slightly to account for the above change
- Fraytech armor pieces have been mostly buffed against sharp/blunt but nerfed against heat
- "Fraytech powersuit" now slows the user more than before
- Adjusted the frequency of fraytech items appearing in shops
- "Fraytech boots" now grant knockback resistance

Known Issues
- Vanilla bug: on-hit effects with beams are centered on the user and not the target
- Vanilla bug: the description of the "psyskin gland" erroneously says all stats scale with psychic sensitivity
