- Fixed 'localhierarchy "weapon_bone" "bip_pelvis"' being in the wrong place of Soldier and Heavy's .qci file to fix the jittery weapon.

- Removed AE_WPN_HIDE and AE_WPN_UNHIDE from each .qci so the weapon would show up correctly in a merc's hand.
