Updated texture to improve color range. Tutorial said make paintable surfaces white, what actually needed to be done was 50% gray.

Minor housekeeping stuff.
Reduced muzzle velocity by a factor of 10, damage or range is unaffected by this change.

Brought back the old-style railgun turret. New style turret will eventually return as a dedicated point defense piece.
Changed GUI icons to match.

Completely remade the models and textures from scratch for DX11.
Significantly reduced the space requirements for the new "compact form" railgun turret.

Testing out detection/engagement range increase on the turret. Please let me know if it works.

Made use of the new API features to reduce rotation speed and limit the elevation angles between -2 and 75 degrees.

Added custom camera overlay.

Disabled idle turret rotation.

Added an AI enabled tag to the SBC file. I'm pretty sure the AI was acting erratic before because it couldn't find the tag in the definition.
