- Reduce employment of construction sectors in line with vanilla. This also meant adjusting the construction good prices, since there are no longer as many employees to pay.
- Reduce employment of construction regulators.
- Remove possible conflicts in private infrastructure file.
- Add base price weighting to construction budget allocation - this will only affect you if you're using different PMs on your construction sectors. Mainly done so that the investment AI is encouraged to invest in buildings with a newer production method, as this helps the AI to keep up better with the player.
