* Changed collision warning to default to on and use a name command instead of 'Show on HUD'. Add [NOWARN] in the block name to hide warnings.
* Added jump sound from FTL: Faster Than Light. Thanks to Subset Games for allowing use of their sounds.
* Hopefully fix rare crash when changing the block name.
