Fixed some weirdness in how the UICustomize_Info was handled. This should allow UCR to be able to access Saurians' voices.
Improved implementation of their Damage Resistance ability.

Fixed slight oversight that resulted in the saurians' Shins and Thighs cosmetics not filtering properly, in turn making tails unselectable without UCR (but really, grab UCR anyway).

Ok. The Saurians were a bit too weak and their "tanking" role resulted in them spending longer in the infirmiry than any other unit. So, rework:
- Let Them Come is now a free action, and its cooldown has been reduced. The action-cost made it never worth using, and when you could maybe spare the AP it was on cooldown.
- Now Saurians' healing rate is 25% faster than regular soldiers. This should decrease their time spent in the infirmary.

While I had the project open, the localization method was updated; hopefully this will avoid the issue the argonians had.

Stand Against Armies apparently never did anything. Now it's been fixed.

Another typo, now the saurians should get both their abilities (I need to look over these more closely before uploading them...)
