Added a bunch of missing traits to the upgrade event for the Aptitude Tree and changed +15 Year Lifespan to +20% Lifespan and moved -1 Negative Traits to the finisher.

Empires with the "Here be Dragons" and "Fruitful Partnership" origins can take Domestication without the required tech.

Empire with the "On the Shoulders of Giants" can take Archivism without the required tech.
