Updated for 4.0:

Mercantile gives different bonuses, because of changes to Trade

Pisonic gives different and better bonuses and should be worth picking now

Cybernetics gives a bit more bonuses, since Genetic is great now

All Tradition Trees have now been buffed or changed in some way except Genetic and Synthetic ascension trees.

Mod no longer changes the genetic Tree. RIP all my work :( You will be missed Genetic Architects

Subterfuge felt still a bit weak so I buffed it further, changes are in the image.

Updated Aptitude Tradition events, so Adventurous Spirit trait is now at lvl 3 for Treasure Hunter Origin.

Made the same change for the Material Liberator and Crusader Traits, so Empires with the civics that use those will also start with a lvl 3 trait.

Changed the way the Aristocratic Elite Civics traits distribution works since it's in the same file:
instead of 20% chance for a Negative and Positive> 25% Negative and Positive & 5% Only Positive Trait
