- fixed an errant comment that was making siege effects disappear
- rebalanced siege events around base AGOT's new accounting for dragon strength
- honored Hellholt's legacy of shooting down Meraxes with a minute boost to Sand Dornish commanders' chances of sniping a dragon in battle
- added a bonus for shooting down dragons to commanders who are taught dragonlore
