AGOT Scorpions Balance

Description
UP TO DATE AS OF: AGOT 0.4.7.1

Attempts to rebalance the Scorpion anti-dragon MAA, with the philosophy that dragons should be hard to wound or kill but that Scorpions should not be entirely deprecated as a unit.

This mod changes:
- conditions for AI hiring of Scorpions (AI must now pay full cost for initial hiring and NOT have certain traits predisposing against the decision)
- chances of Scorpion events firing during siege (modified dragon failure rates and redistributed chance of wounded vs dead should failure trigger)
- chances of Scorpions killing dragons during combat (scales to dragon's combat effectiveness and enemy commander's skills and traits)

On the whole, dragonriders will run into negative events less frequently and will be more likely wounded than killed outright, but it is now a worse idea to run at a skilled enemy commander with a small dragon.

future to-dos:
- investigate Scorpions' MAA advantage effects
? change # Scorpion regiments hired based on ruler traits/AI personality

LOAD ORDER:
AGOT
this mod

This mod is very lightweight and can fit anywhere in your load order, so long as it's loaded after the base AGOT.

COMPATIBILITY:
Not compatible with other mods that change the following files:
common\scripted_effects\00_agot_dragon_warfare_effects.txt
events\agot_events\agot_dragon_siege_events.txt
events\agot_events\agot_dragon_warfare_events.txt

It is safe to add to an existing save.

WHAT IF MY LAUNCHER SAYS THIS MOD IS OUT OF DATE?
Unless an AGOT update actually touches dragon warfare, it is highly likely this mod will still work even though it appears out of date in the launcher.

If your game begins to crash when you are battling with dragons and this mod does not appear updated, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Open the mod folder for AGOT and navigate to the \common\scripted_effects and events\agot_events folders.
2. Check that the file names listed above under "COMPATABILITY" are present in each of the folders.
-> if they are not present, it means AGOT has changed their naming scheme for these files again. You can quickly fix this by opening the files for this balance mod and renaming them to their new AGOT counterparts.
-> if they are present, check the most recent AGOT update note. If changes to dragon warfare or siege events are mentioned, it is possible this mod is conflicting. Disable ONLY THIS MOD and try launching your game again. If dragon combat occurs without crashing, this mod is *actually* out of date. If this does NOT fix it, another submod is causing your crashes.

still works and thank god. I was SO tired of people showing up with 1k/8k scorpions.
