I wasn´t very happy with the original victory point areas in the city so I tried to make the city feel and play better. Providing more breathing room to free up the camera and unit movement.

* Reworking city Capture Points in front of Red 3 & 4 Starting Positions
* Rebalancing *all* Capture Points and tweaking their positioning
** reducing fuel
** adding more ammunition and manpower
** changing which Capture Point provides which resource
* Reworking some roads and how they flow in the city
* Small tweaks around the city center (more reworks will follow in these areas)
