Update (hallelujah I just unlocked the AI)
-Big improvement and complete unlocking of AI behavior on the campaign map. Now the campaign map really looks like a game of chess, there is real conflict all over the map and lots of activity.
No more AI which may have been passive in the past.
-The AI ​​finally captures abandoned or recently razed colonies, instead of ignoring them.
-Increased probability of war declaration for passive factions.
-Less passivity in AI recruitment
-Improved colony occupation decisions
-Adjustment of the faction potential to give aid to major factions
