Slow down animations. As they were set presently caused issues with Fancy Handwork. Now those seem to work better together.
Added animations to GMC armored truck from STFR.

Added "Disable Passenger animations" submod to toggle OFF passenger animations for vanilla cars added by the core mod. Passenger animations from other mods should remain safe.

More fixes to custom shader code trying to address the freezes and crashes.

Hooked up animations to Snake's modpack: Pimp up my ride. - TaxiArg is an exception that is not animated still, but the rest should be now opening doors.
Hooked up animations to Save Our Station vehicles. All 3 of them.
Bugfix on SUV and pickup truck.

Changed what shaders are used to render vehicles. Hopefully this will fix freez-crash issue.

Expanded use of templates to reduce code repetition.
