- Added (finally xd) the level 4 difficulty for Infection.
- Changed the mutation UI language to english for better global understanding.
- Fixed the issue where higher difficulties didn't increase the temp health decay rate.
- Changed difficulties names and added short descriptions to them.
- Corrected some minor issues with wrong values in the infection system.

- Fixed a bug where dying from over-infection would cause several special infected to appear instead of one.
- Fixed a bug where killing a teammate would cause him to not transform.
- A new mechanic has been implemented that allows you to prevent your companions from transforming when they die.
