- Shoulder turrets (Integrated Implants): burst shot count 3 -> 1

- Greater naked speed has aligned movespeed offset (-0.2/0.4) with naked speed buff (Big and Small)
- Incorporate: arc capsule cost 1 -> 2 (got stronger due to more shambler xenotypes)
