minor update v1.12
if updating with an existing campaign I suspect some soldiers will be missing their voices

replaced an older mod with a newer version with cooked assets. Zhang and Annette's voices are not present in the new mod and therefore are missing from this version. I felt like keeping the old mod just for those 2 voices not worth the disk space considering the Chinese and French languages still have "enough" variety without those 2 voices.

voices from the larger size Overwatch Collection (OVC) now take president over the smaller file-size mod (OVpC) because the lines seem to fit "better" than the latter. In other words they seem to play at more appropriate times and "make more sense". It's going to get confusing so from now on; OVC refers to the older mod and OVpC the more recent

because this may annoy users of the previous version I have kept the previous version's configs (OVpC) and commented them out. You can easily restore the previous versions' lines by removing the semicolon from OVpC's configs
