However, if you do not use all the voice mods I've included configs for I think you'll find a lot of empty voices in your customisation menu. That is they'll have names but won't play any lines. If this is the case I'm not sure if soldiers will randomly be assigned these empty voices upon generation either. So either use them all (you can include your own too) or create a local mod and delete configs you're not using
It's good to learn about local mods for good modding hygiene. Since Steam updates mods without prompting your changes could be overwritten whenever authors update their mods
The results are, without this "mod", that some soldiers from an English-speaking country will be assigned a LOTE voice and or the new voices you download will not be assigned to any soldiers.
The configs from this mod assign those voices to countries I've considered appropriate instead.
