**Major Balancing Tweak**: Chilean Unique Trait "As You Possess" will no longer be able to claim tiles outside of your city limit. (If your city has the corresponding district / building from CypRyan's Workable Outer Rings, then the limit is also adjusted accordingly.)

To cancel this tweak (if you consider it a feature of JFD's Chile, and not a bug), it is also welcomed to subscribe to a separate mod to revert the effect.
