Addressing feedback. Improving trait description wordings. Reduced frequency of RED TEXT messages when Berserk. First Rule highlights toughest enemies in different colour and preserves toughest enemy highlighting at higher levels of the trait.

Bug fix. Activating/Triggering Berserk won't auto swap to a different melee weapon if one is already equipped

Balance changes: Berserker level 3, no longer resets duration to full on a gibbed melee kill. Now adds 3 turns up to the maximum Berserk duration.

Balance changes:
Fraudster level 3 - decoys explode only as an EMP explosion, not EMP and Slash. Means they can't hurt the player or kill non robotic enemies anymore.
Berserk level 3 - gibbing an enemy resets the duration to the max (20 turns, or 30 with tantrum armor/amp perk) rather than extending it. Taking damage no longer increases duration while berserk.

Fixes:
Berserk triggered by taking damage with the Berserker mastery correctly swaps to melee weapons again.

Fixed GBH berserk affect applying bleed to things it shouldn't.
Slightly increased GBH level 3 bleed area of effect.
