Reworked Burglar. Level 1 opens doors slightly further away and also detects enemies on the other side of the nearest closed door. Level 2 detects enemies near all closed doors and now can unlock doors. Level 3 unlocks special level doors and elevators. Fraudster decoys now disappear immediately if players bumps into them (and don't explode if killed by the player at level 3)

Fix a bug in berserk getting the Runaway Train action speed boost at all times. Changed so that AV Crowbars, Axes and Large Axes no longer drop as a random AV item, now will only spawn if Sucker Punch has been taken and a AV melee weapon loot box is opened. Reworked Dealer so that it no longer results in the stimpacks, combat packs and enviropacks stacking at the top of the inventory. Cutter has been nerfed so it's harder to make Combat Packs. Reworded Desperado for clarity. Added a hidden easter egg

Nerfed Smuggler. Caches can have a max of two of the same ammo type even if the player has 3 or 4 weapons that use the same ammo, and Smuggler 2/3 are 3 caches rather than 4.

Reworked Chemist so that corroded applies a general damage resistance debuff, rather than just acid specific. Burglar now correctly is instant time. Smuggler caches have extra outlines to make them easier to see in visually noisy environments. Gambler sound for when you win a multitool changed to be distinct from a refund win. Ghost Gun prereq swapped from Brute to Mule, and skill text reworded. Inmate passive now also includes a bonus damage on gun meleeing (moved from a Berserk side effect). Fraudster decoys are now more reliable, but cost rage to spawn and only attract enemy fire from within 4 spaces. Berserk mastery renamed Berserker.

Inmate now has it's own Callisto flavour text. Rather than starting with no gun, it now starts with a slightly worse 9mm pistol that can't be reloaded as well as the pipe wrench. No longer gets the exta medkit and smoke grenade as a result. Ghost Gun 3 has been slightly nerfed to it's ammo effeciency and reload speed improvements

Improve Burglar 3, so it can now open all locked doors.
