'Colossus' Exosuit small rework:
- now also protects from internal damage
- suit lights only work with power source inserted
- voice annoucements about exosuit status
- now the suit can store a full storage crate
- removed loose storage slots ( crate slot replaces them)
- the suit requires a power source to move at normal speed (you are slowed down without it, but you can still move unlike with the vanilla exosuit)

Encrypted data drive:
- lowered reputation requirement for purchase to 70 coalition rep points
- you can now buy it regardless of reputation in a City (regardless if it's Separatist or Coalition controlled)
- slightly higher chance to find it in wrecks

fixed:
-'Colossus' Exosuit power source will passively drain when moving as intended.
