Version 1.07-748

Start Game Paused option added (mirrored from the mod Bonus Starting Survivors). If both mods exist in the same time, only the original option will be considered.
The mod option VisibleCondition renamed to HiddenCondition to avoid considering the empty function as a condition to hide the option.
