-Added Iron Sight with Rail now being a higher tier Weapon Component
-Three Tiers of Receivers
-Basic Weapon Components are now build-able via Survival Kit
-Basic Ammo Components are now build-able via Survival Kit

-added new component "TurretReceiver". Same as "Receiver" but only used in any turret weapon block an hand held rocket launcher.
-changed most of the weapons components so that obtaining the first tier of hand weapons (Semi Pistol and Rifle) is now possible in the first 1-3 hours of gameplay. (where before due to Gum Metal Alloy would only be obtainable mid to late on the materials progressing tree)
-survival kit now has it's own Blueprint categories for "Fluids" and "Alloys" significantly reducing to fabrication capabilities of the survival kit.

-Arsenic output of stone slightly bumped up. (37% Approx Increase)
-Small fabrication cost changes to Hand Tools
-Properly sorted and categorized character tools and weapons in assembler menus
-Fixed decoys
-SemiAutoPistolMagazine Reduced from 10 to 8 rounds.
-ElitePistolMagazine Increased from 10 to 12 rounds.
-All hand-held weapon magazines now require the MagazineComponent for fabrication.

8 Voxel Materials needing to be removed due to materials limit:
-BlueIce - Not contributing any rare resources, limited use in planets.
-AmberIce - Not contributing any rare resources, limited use in planets.
-Brine - Not contributing any rare resources, limited use in planets.
-AmmoniumHydroxide - Not contributing any rare resources, limited planet use, kinda unbalanced hydrogen source (144%).
-Sulfur - Too many major sources.
-Realgar - Major source of Sulfur, which has too many sources and a major source of Arsenic which can also be obtained from Stone.
-PurpleIce - Only found on Europa to make one component which has no uses.
-PinkIce - Only found on Europa to make one component which has no uses.

-Liquid Argon & Liquid Helium wasn't removed but has no uses.
-Assigned AmberIce texture to CHON since AmberIce was no longer being used.
-Molybdenum has been given Realgars unused textures.
-Mass of all Fuel Rods halved (reactors now consume twice as fast)

-"MedLab" blueprint class removed from Survival Kit.
-Added Blueprint values for Flare Gun & Ammo, All Hand-Held Weapons?
