-Adv Comp Assembler and Chem Reactor now consumes 2x (2.4MW) while operational.
-Mass Adv Comp Assembler now consume 15x the power and has an idle power usage of 0.1MW (reward good power management while also trying to balance power surplus)
-Mass Chem Reactor now consume 20x the power and has an idle power usage of 0.1MW (reward good power management while also trying to balance power surplus)
-Neuron Coliders now have an idle power consumption of 0.1MW (up from 0.001)

-Finalized G menu organization
-Fixed a couple in-game errors
