-Tweaked some turret stats.
-Made sure Phalanx doesnt spin up anymore. Turret should work normally when using LUA mod.
-Increased ammo count on coilcannon ammo boxes.

-Added some item assemblies.
-Fixed low ammo count on coilcannon boxes
-Upgraded coilcannon to have pierce through capability like its big brother railcannon gained on last patch.

Note: Multiple turret control is broken.
