-Removed Cooldown from all spells, going back to Mana cost instead.

-New Spell: Void Wreath. (Okay, I confess that this is my personal "screw you" to the ludicrously overpowered mages like Dredmor. It will let you have a real fighting chance against them without a huge amount of prep work. However, don't count on spamming it.)

-Increased Sagacity bonuses for later levels. Added Sagacity bonus for Cthulhu Photon.

-Introduced a steady 2-point health penalty for all levels, as testing showed the prior penalties to be too punishing. Needs further feedback on this one.

-Increased damage on Roots Of Suffering after-effect; Roots Of Suffering no longer affects Player.

-Changed descriptions on Alien Astronomy, Roots Of Suffering, and Cthulhu Fhtagn.

-New art for Strange Aeons.

-New Spell: Foul Lullaby, replacing Cthulhu Fhtagn as Level 4 spell. Cthulhu Fhtagn is now the Level 5 spell.

-Increased damage for Alien Astronomy. Also corrected the bonus to Sagacity rather than to Dodging.

-Roots Of Suffering and Cthulhu Fhtagn now have cooldowns; they were too easy to spam and could cause..problems. Foul Lullaby also has a cooldown. Again, this decision needs a bit more feedback.
