Updated mini-fighters to have 2 little thrusters instead of 1 big one back and side ones, as the AI in update made them stop working.
Updated AI firepower values of various fighter weapons.
Updated version number to support multiplayer.

Reworked new career enemies. They were too strong due to incorrect Tiers.

Added new enemy fighter enemies to Career mode. I tried to make them balanced with other similar tier ships, or with specific weaknesses. They aren't optimized.
