Added mod options:
-Delivery prices modifier

Jamming should no longer occur in duststorms if condition>95. Lower condition levels suffer greater penalty during dust storms for each level.

Increased stance accuracy effects.
Stance aim accuracy modifier depends on weapon size, attack mode and aim actions.
Added aim penalty to bipod when not prone.

AutoFire can now be aimed.
Auto-fire can now be used while weapon has less ammo remaining than the full shot number.
Added knock-down effect to 12g slugs and breacher ammo.

Night Vision Scope now provides full night vision (like goggles), but no longer provides aim level benefits.

Grenades and misc items can be placed in squad bag.

Reworked condition loss and weapon jamming system.
Unjamming costs 2 AP, requires mechanical skill and can fail, but doesn't damage weapons.
Unjamming difficulty is higher for lower Reliability weapons
Unjamming difficulty is semi-randomized so a low mechanical skill merc might fail a few times and then succeed.

Jamming chance depends on the weapons condition level (worn, needs repair, etc) and is much higher in dust storms.
High Reliability gives a greater chance to resist jamming even with very low condition weapons.

Weapons no longer have increased condition loss in light rain.
Weapons lose condition during heavy rain, in coastal or marshland sectors, and more during dust storms.
