Hey everyone! Sorry this took a bit longer than expected. We've been busy giving the Flatlands an upgrade, and what is currently being added is a bit of a sneak peak as to what will be happening with it!

Now here are the changes for the update (other than fixing it for the new version)

Some of the new stuff has already been added to the Flatlands, primarily effecting the Cube Titan and Sphercerer (they're both gonna be secrets, go see em)
Flatlands got a new rain texture so that it's random shapes :)
A journal entry for the Flatlands was added, featuring some challenges and a (wip) reward!

Misc stuff that isn't that much:
Foxes should now appear in other biome journals.
Gusts only spawn in Desert and Snow biomes now.
There is a WIP arena in the Flatlands Deep Cave for the GEAR Sphere, though its not done and neither is the rework (this update was pushed so that the game was fixed, we were gonna finish all of the flat lands but there wasn't time to)

Mod version 2.03.2 for game version 0.31.1

New Items:
Added a new max trinket so you can have incredibly fast mining powers! Requires a whole bunch of stuff and can be created at the Table Of Awakening

Added a combination trinket with the Medallion Board and Clover Token.

Added an upgrade to the Nightmare Talisman called the Cosmic Talisman. Granting 50 Max Mana and 300% Mana Regen

Added an upgrade to the Frenzy Orb called "Berserker Orb". Gives you far more Damage for missing health, and also gives you 5 Armor Pen. It also gives you +40% health regen based off missing health as well.

Added the first of the gem accessories, the "Amethyst Amulet" which makes it to where the player get a large defense boost when hitting 25% HP.

Added raw and cooked vulpine. (as in, foxes now drop meat along with the tail)

Content Changes:

In an attempt to make some things more unique rather than "oh hey you can craft this now along with everything else" some items will be given different methods of obtaining.
This begins with the Protector's Seal. which well. now drops from Protector. The crafting recipe has been removed.
(The goal is also to give more bosses drops in general, looking to get each vanilla boss an extra drop at some point)

Updated the "Glass Shard Sword" to use glass in the recipe instead of sand.

GEAR Resilience Matrix can now only be used once to get to 25 Max Resil. Bastion boxes will be needed to get to the last 25 Resil for 50.
Meaning you can't kill the GEAR Sphere twice and get max resilience.

Made it to where the medallion board disables other medallions.

Nightmare Cubes now have a 8% chance of dropping the Nightmare Head.

Gusts (once again) spawn above ground AND during the day.
BUT
They can no longer go through walls.

This was something that is very difficult for me to part with but a lot of people didn't like getting attacked while they were crafting when it was originally above ground.
However, there will be an additional problem you may face during your peaceful nights in your large forts or small colonies. Which I'll leave for you to discover on your own :)

Bugs/Not Rights Fixes:

Ruined Golem Seal's active buff was using the protector's seal buff instead, (but still displayed as the golem seal). This has been fixed

Okay so the Monster Pheromones since they were RELEASED has just been a worse Stinkflask (whoops!)
It should definitely now bring all monsters to you now.

For some reason foxes were dropping the Fox Token instead of their tail. No idea how long that was happening I just saw it when I was adding meat

Update 2.03.1

We've added music (made by my brother) to both the Flatlands Surface and Gear Sphere fight.

Ferren is properly credited in the mod description in game

Buffed all gem recipes, so it costs 70 gem dust instead of 80.
Added a recipe to the Awakeninator, requiring an Emerald and 1 Cluster. We also fixed the tooltip. It's also Unique instead of Rare (rarities dont mean that much tho)

Nerfed Magic for Dummies. Projectiles 4 -> 3, enchantment cost 200 -> 1500, damage 50 -> 46, shot speed 140 -> 100, attack range 3000 -> 1500, mana cost 1.8 -> 2.0, attack speed (this is a decrease) 240 -> 400.
This thing was just absolutely SHREDDING everything in a cave system while playing during the community stream. This change is to hopefully make it less destructive in such cases.

Master Tome was also nerfed. Attack damage 43 -> 40, Mana cost 0.4 (wow) -> 1.0, shot speed 240 -> 160.
Expert Tome Attack damage 40 -> 38, mana cost 0.4 -> 0.8, shot speed 110 -> 140.

Buffed Ironsoul Glaive attack speed (1200 -> 600)

stormbringer/bolter has new fire FX, LMG has new fire FX

This update added a couple new trinkets, primarily upgrades for existing trinkets. (9 total)

Added 3 new gauntlets, the Demonic Gauntlet, Tungsten Gauntlet, and Nova Gauntlet. Adding an upgrade to the Clay Gauntlet for each game stage.
Added a trinket for the Manica and Challenger's Pauldron called "Gladiator's Embrace". You can then fuse this with the "Nova Gauntlet" to make a "Galactic Grasp" in the Table of Awakening
Added the Frostbitten Paw, a combo for polar claw and frozen wave, added frozen pendant, a combo for the Frozen Soul and Life Pendant, added the Glacial Frost, a combo for the Frozen Pendant and Frostbitten Paw,
and finally, added Frozen Heaven, the final item in the crafting tree for these. Made in the Table of Awakening.

Mod version 2.03.0 for game version 0.30.0

So it's been a while since we added any actual content to the mod. So lets go ahead and go over the stuff that was changed and then the new stuff

Bullets should now work again. Nova and Wind Bullets were not being treated as ammo.

Ferrenfx made these changes so lets gooo (also welcome Ferrenfx to the team)
The Crimson Tempest now fires lightning that bounces from enemy to enemy, and can be charged using the right click to fire even more projectiles.
The Codblaster got a rework and now actually fires fish (as Jonas wanted).
Seals *SHOULD* now lose some of their effect the more you have used. (this one I personally didn't notice while testing but Ferren has said that it works)

And now the new content, which is mostly a biome that I thought would be a pretty cool concept (and honestly going around the above ground for em is so cool)

The Miners Haven! A new biome that contains a large rocky surface, filled with thorns and lava, caves over-flowing with vanilla ores, and gems for everyone to enjoy. You can 'easily' find the new biome by making the map in the demonic workstation.

Yeah it's not really anything big but we wanna be able to push some content out every once in a while to make sure there's something new to check out. We'll probably slowly add some stuff to this new biome while we continue working on the Flatlands content :)

Thanks ferrenfx on Discord for taking up updating the mod for 0.30. Nothing big should've changed

fixed issue where petsentientcrown wasn't using a sprite (appeared as a LARGE red box. it was very awkward to see while watching the modded Community stream lol)
MOST items should be using their old sprites if the new ones were unavailable.
