blocks can now be defined as hazardous objects which can damage characters and other grids, configuration options for hazards expanded as well

command /ad create which allows users to easily create configuration entries for planets directly from the game. Config has to be finished up afterwards, but users won't have to search for subtype names for planets and weather types.

ability to create "default" planet config, it is not mandatory. Allows for various lists to be defined for all planets if the configuration is the same for most of them

minimal distance from voxel for large grids is set to 2.5f (1 for example) if it is smaller than that in the definition, that prevents large grids from not being affected while small grids still use the defined distance value.
