(Compatible with CK3 1.11.5 / AGOT 0.2.1)

- Significantly improved the quality of the generated CoAs in terms of color synergy
- Added many new emblems to the generation
- Currently the following culture have culture appropriate CoAs:
- Andal culture (Vale, Stromlands, Reach, Riverlands, Westerlands)
- First Man (North)
- Ironborn
- Dornish
- Rhoynar (because there is a Rhoynish county)
- Valyrian (High, Western, Eastern Valyrian)
- Free City cultures (Western part of Essos)
- Summer Islander (because one of Maelys' vassal is a Summer Islander)
- Dothraki (because I was bored lol)
