Moved tasks to coroutine.
Less lagspikes, more flexibility.
( Did not move pathing to coroutine )

Cleaned up globals

Weapon dropper now drops weapons truly randomly.
Was dropping best weapons before, lead to all the bots using the same weapon, lame.

Some movement tweaks.

Lots of behaviour tweaks.

Bore down on ( fix ) some infinite lagspikes.

Fix terminators not ignoring some "friendly" sounds.
Fixed terminators not fighting supercop.
Lessened some of the lagspikes on large maps.
Try and fix a case of terminators "just standing there"
Fixed some laggy behaviour loops.
Fixed some minor issues with repathing after ladder climbing

Bot won't jump over obstacles when they can step around it.
"Angry" bots won't avoid explosives, dangerous stuff.

More local navigator polish
Bot will now phase through solid objects, MUCH less!
Ladder handling polish!
Bot will now always "watch" you at least once.
Standardized crappy weapon detecting a bit.
Bot can throw crowbars "faster than the speed of sound" under specific conditions.

Added convar "termhunter_dropuselessweapons"
Set to 0, and bot won't judge it's current weapon.
(Will still throw away a weapon if it creates errors)

Bot takes more damage from explosives/ar2 ball now.
2 ar2 balls to kill, was 3

Bot now "supports" NAV_TRANSIENT flags
It will check NAV_TRANSIENT flagged areas, and if they're not usable, ignore them. ( Think drawbridge on rp_nycity, breakable floors )

Fixed bot not noticing some navarea attributes when building paths.

Added support for bypassing ai_ignoreplayers/ai_disabled

Polished local navigator

Pushed the limits of the local nagivator, found problems.
Bot should be much better at finding ways around obstacles.
