After nearly 3 years of protracted development, and a massive multimonth run, this mod is almost complete.

Only things left to do:

- Finish Wonders. Most Wonders do not have proper reqs, cost structures or WP contributions in place.
- Unit stats and balance rules are incomplete. We intend to do this on a tier-by-tier basis from now on.
- Wiki has not been completed .... and needs doing, soon.

OTHER ISSUES

Chinese units despite being present are incomplete.

- Honghuzi has no icon and no proper stats attached to it.
- Chinese sword militia has no models or icon either!

Units added in this update:
o Tech lock for Flamethrowers: make sure you hit Level 3 Mil to get to them.
o Snipers, Sappers are available only at Level 6 Mil.
o AA Truck reinstated, all factions can raise them from an Armoury.
