Set the Railguns back to manual as they could cause serious problems if an enemy is right on the hull of the ship.

Created a new version of the submarine with Autonomous turrets that will automatically target enemies. Also increased oxygen generation in both the Mk2 and the Mk2-AG from 2500 to 8500 so better oxygenate the ship as that could become an issue after a long stay in a room.

Adjusted inventories, set all containers to not autofill, linked status monitor to navigation terminal, reduced reserve chaingun ammo, set storage tags, set ID restrictions for security barrack and bridge to allow captain, security, and medic, set captain safe near navigation terminal ID restriction to only captain. Increased Oxygen generation of oxygen generators.

Rewired all the pumps to use set_speed instead of set_state for when they automatically turn on.

Added a label to the sonar view point control for the control room, added 2 more pumps in the north eastern areas of the sub. The forward stair well couldn't drain fast enough so I added another pump halfway up. As well as a pump in the drone control room.

Sub was pulling an older version of the shuttle last update. Renamed the latest Shuttle to Mk 3 and deleted the old Mk 2 one. The old shuttle was WAY below standard compared to the actual shuttle I ment to upload.

Set minium power to hydroponic's lights to 0.5 and power consumption to 5.

Altered the waypoints in the stairwells slightly so that a waypoint is on top of the shutter doors. I'm hoping this stops AI from trying to use the stairs when the doors are closed.
