Tactical slots now have handheldammo tag

Bandolier in bag slot is now vanilla but I am keeping 6 divided slots vs 8 all ammo/grenades

added mobile container tag after some complaints, was originally going to allow some little pouch/pocket items in the clothing but it turns out a lot of small item mobile containers that had large amount of slots or were straight up backpacks were going in these and causing issues with players having too many items on them and we all know what that causes!

Removed Sling slots from security/separitist uniforms. Replaced with Tactical slots.

Medium item slot is now part of VWO for carrying weapons. Leaving PFA closer to vanilla designs.

Cleaned up some errors in the text and minor description changes.

Tactical slot allowed Light items for glowsticks,flares however game assigns light tag to diving suits allowing diving suits to be placed inside. Fixed

fixed old bug with cautious suit not using "damage" affliction type and so removed all the uneeded indentifiers and brought back damage type.

due to recent changes in storage especially in the 32 slot exo suit, clothing is once again a small item, the problems with clothing not going in crates vs being able to go in backpacks + containing items is mitigated by the lock feature.

tinker outfit was bugged, description was off and the pockets incorrect.
