Complete rework of damage formulas for split scaling items. Now, they start out a bit weaker but with enough investment in the secondary skill, they will be more powerful than their vanilla counterparts. These weapons have flavor text in their journal entries to inform you.

Gave many weapons unique names for elemental variants.
Reworked a lot of definitions.
Fixed 2 weapons having 2 variants breaking down into the wrong materials.

Polished formulas and power values for each and every weapon across every material. It is now standardized.

- Changed ALL IDs so that there are no conflicts with Paul's mods.
- Tweaked many weapons (dmg, acc, effects, etc) based on Paul's latest reworking of weapons
- added Prom's bloodstone, heartwood, and HighspeedPixel's rotstone actions and items into the weapon files themselves

Major cleanup and reworking of the file structure.
