- The Fragment Mine do now automatically gets destroyed after ~1 Sek Launchtime releasing its deadly package of fragment splitter. Also if an enemy ship gets in 50m range..
- Reduced the costs of the fragment mine from 12-> 8 (gadget parts) -> cheaper and faster reload
- Improved overall game experience when using fragment mines
- Improved AI fragment mine behaviour

- Nerfed the Fragment Missile Damage by a bit (36.000->30.000)
--> therefore improved its flight behaviour. Also slightly increased its HP (800->900)
--> Reduced the Fragment Missile Cooldown (6s->2s)
--> The Fragment Missile does now spawn the fragments when being destroyed by defenses which causes the weapon to sometimes even hit in that case.
- Removed the cooldown needed for shooting Fragment Mines -> They can again be spammed like emp mines.
- Doubled the Pen Resistance of the heavy shield Mk1(was underperforming to the other which shouldn't be the case)
- Minor Bug Fixes/Improvments

- Reballanced the experimental volley laser
- The nuclear beam no longer has a damage fall off over distance
