added fixed storage rooms for ammunition

replaced the blueprints of the fixed storage rooms with their icons for now

i may make them blue later on but i think it'll interfere with recognising what resource the room holds

Fixed:
- 3-way thrusters of tier6+ blocked the wrong squares
- iron storage mk2 was costing 100 iron - should have been 1000

Factories were all listed as tier1 in the build menu even though they got unlocked at the tier of the resource. Fixed.

Tier5+ Large Arc Shields, both normal and SR, were blocked by other parts -

Introducing the Self-Recharging Shields: they recharge shield strength over time without crew needing to cart energy cells to them, rather crew CAN'T recharge them with energy cells.
Smaller shields recharge faster relative to their maximum shield strength and arc shields recharge faster than spherical ones.
Also, i resized the shield icons in build mode so the different shield sizes are easier to distinguish.
