Beautified the storage room art a bit

added reactors

added original "art" to the resource storage rooms

Added tier groups to construction mode and sorted all parts into them.

added missiles - though the stats are displayed badly, opened bug report as the window shouldn't run out of the screen...

added (differently colored) icons for each of the new resources

tiers for vanilla parts almost done
added storage rooms (they cost a lot of the to-be-stored resource to build and free that up on deconstruct)
