Update: 14 Aug @ 12:23am

v2.1.5_Fixes

Feature:
- One man army precept now gives positive opninon from duplicates to source and from source to duplicates. (Anomaly DLC)
- Added duplicator sub-gene - Death chain. The death of the gene carrier triggers the death of its duplicates. (Anomaly DLC)
- Added chimera xenogenes limit option. Look in mod settings.

Changes:
- The outcomes system of the Duplicator gene has been reworked. Now in the early game you won't have to save-scam because you got an outcome that you can't handle yet.
- Binary voice has been buffed.
* Now it works at an unlimited distance.
* Now it caps talking not at 0, but at 0.05, making talk interactions possible with traders, prisoners, etc.
** This change is primarily due to the fact that a lot of mechanics require talking, and zero values break compatibility with some mods tied to mandatory talking.
- Precepts now update more frequently, which should improve the situation in rapidly changing colony conditions.

- Added new gene - Exp equalizer. Every few hours, transfers 10% (/day) of experience from a higher skill to a lower one.
- Added space support for dryad AI (does not apply to vanilla dryads). They will now try to stay on a gravship in breathable rooms.
- Added the ability to skip dryad cocoons if the queen is a psycaster.
- Added chimera sub-gene - Chimera cooldown. Adds a chimera cooldown that prevents the ability from being used during the genes regrowing effect.
- Added chimera sub-gene - Chimera self-copying. The gene passively and slowly copies the owner's genes.
- Added chimera sub-gene - Bandwidth xeno-increased. Increases the chimera's genetic limit relative to the owner's bandwidth. Has a -21 gene debuff.
- Added new cosmetic gene - Bighorns.
- Added new fleshmass gene - Flycatcher skin. Slightly replenishes hunger in warm biomes. Allows to process worn apparel into nutrients.
- Added an option to hide fleshmass mutations.
- Now the fleshmass nucleus gene shows the total regeneration from mutations when hovered over.
- Fleshmass mutations now show their current level.
- The ability to actocast has been added to the morpher. The toggle button is located on the morpher's gizmo.
- Added archiver sub-gene - Archiver research. Generates research points relative to the number of archiver forms.
- Added archiver sub-gene - Minds connection. Triggers random social interactions with archiver forms.
- The list of debug buttons has been expanded. A button has been added that allows to mark a pawn as a duplicate.
- Duplicator gene now displays in stats whether a pawn is a duplicate.
- Added duplicator 2 sub-gene - Stable duplication. Reduces the chance of Duplicator outcomes. (Anomaly DLC)
- Added duplicator sub-gene - Duplicates library. Synchronizes the skill level of duplicates and the original. (Anomaly DLC)
- Duplicator can now give a random sub-gene to the caster. (Anomaly DLC)

Changes:
- Chimera has been slightly nerfed. Now the tool genes will be given less often. This change is due to the fact that there are now a lot of tools.
- The time required to copy genes using the "Gene mark" ability has been halved.
- Eternal hunger has been reworked. It now works more clearly.
* Hunger is now synchronized with hemogen.
* The gene is no longer mutually exclusive with the bloodeater gene and the genes complement each other.
* Pawns with this gene will no longer bite on their own.
* A special diet for pawns with this gene has been added. (New game only)
* Raw meat is now considered to be anything in the raw meat category, not just in the main directory.
* The gene no longer requires the bloodfeeder ability.
- Chimera now has a limit on the number of xenogenes a pawn can have. Default 21 genes (3 rows).
* The limit does not take into account endogenes.
* The limit can be raised or lowered by subgenes.
* Too low a limit can block the use of a chimera.
* The limit takes into account all xenogenes of the pawn, even those obtained without the help of a chimera.
- The icons for the Chimera and some subgens have been updated to better match the overall style.
- Changed formula for calculating the price of mechs for the Voidlink gene. Now combat mechs are more expensive, but on average all mechs are cheaper.
- Increased the mech limit for the Voidlink gene and its subgenes.
- Golem skills have been slightly reduced.
- The "Spawn xenotypes in factions" option has been returned. The option has been returned "as is" without any changes.
- The "Regeneration sleep" gene buttons have been moved to the "Genes settings" gizmo.
- Updated the mechaskin texture to a higher quality.
- Updated mechlink gene icons.
- Updated metalkin xenotype icon.
- Slightly optimized and reworked the mechanics of the deadlife builder gene. Now the ability is cast simultaneously for all owners of the gene and the effect is no longer applied to the same object several times.
- Now the chimera marks all conflicting genes, as well as genes that are already present in endogenes.
- Regeneration of the fleshmass nucleus gene has been reworked. Now regeneration is calculated not through vanilla, but through the gene and depends on the number and level of mutations.
* This is done because vanilla regeneration does not work in some situations for values less than ~50.
* Also, now fleshmass regen ignores scarification.
- Removed duplicate option "Enable reincarnation mechanic" as it does the same thing as "Reincarnation chance" slider.
- Darklight no longer counts as light for the Noctol light sensitive gene.
- Reduced the chance of Chimera getting a gene when eating corpses. Use sub-genes!

Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where devourer was giving too much experience for eating pawns with a large geneset.
- Fixed a bug where it was possible to create gene dupes using some of the tool subgenes. (Chimera gene)
- Fixed a bug where geneharvest (and similar) would not check if the target pawn belonged to the player.
- Fixed a bug where using the devourer ability would not trigger a faction reputation change when the target was not important.
- Fixed a bug due to which dryads remained on the ground after the gravship took off.
- Fixed a bug due to which dryads recreated the cocoon after the gravship landed.
- Fixed a bug where resource genes had an extra delta tick in the formula, causing them to be more/worse efficient than they should be.
- Bloodeater now uses the correct command for downed bloodfeed when the mode is different from basic.
- Fixed a bug where corpsefeeder would throw the wrong message when trying to use it on a dessisicated corpse.
- Added a patch that should fix the duplicate flag, the patch only works if 3 options were enabled (Human component, vanilla fix and mechanics trigger)
* Currently it works only for new pawns. For already broken duplicates it does not work.
- Fixed a bug where duplicating Thralls was impossible.
- Fixed a bug where post recovery gene did not prevent shapeshifter from receiving genetic materials.

Warnings:
- Don't forget to check the settings!
