Fixed Xiao once again (enemy Xiao)

Bug fixes! -Lowell no longer slows the game down with his grief. RR2 got minor combat buffs. Xiao's Shimmering became impervious to a particular bug that can rarely interfere with her page costs. PT can teleport to any floor (except the current one). Valentin's Bloodstained Determination now drains hp equal to 100% of the difference between original roll and max. PT's Two Steps Ahead no longer causes a NullReferenceException. More mod compatibility, hopefully.
