Fixed an issue with Harold's passive causing errors when she was damaged without Resilience. Fixed Xiao not being able to use Jin Ni.

Stopped Xiao from crashing the game if Lowell died before her special interaction with him had a chance to resolve. Fixed Harold's Resilience not accumulating past 1 once the intial 10 was exhausted.

Added some checks that should let some other rework mods override bits of this mod without entirely blocking it. (This mod may still not work correctly if another mod does this, however.)

Fixed an error with Martina having double Speed passives. Also fixed (hopefully) a random NullReference error caused by All-Out War somehow.
