Made Valentin's Critical Blow work with Singular Strike. Rebalanced RR2 to be more in line with Yan. Re-adjusted Battle Command very ... very slightly. Gave Yujin a new passive. Plans have changed awkwardly. This may be the last update due to real-life shenanigans. At least for a while - there's more work planned for Rhinos and such.

Stopped Disposal from exhausting when it should not. Rebalanced Harold's exclusive passive (yet again). Fixed a new miscellanous other errors in the code. Enemy Martina won't have double Speed passives anymore.

Fixed Raging Storm : Love from not leaving Xiao's hand. Fixed Raging Storm: Harm exhausting when it shouldn't. Fixed miscellanous bugs and buffed several more things.
